The practice values and learns from all feedback from our patients, families and carers. If you wish to make a complaint about any of our services you can do so in the following ways;
- Directly to any of our staff who will be able to signpost you to the most appropriate person.
- In writing to Karen Malecki, Practice Manager - this can be email, letter or by completing one of forms at reception.
- Verbally to Karen Malecki, Practice Manager
The NHS Complaints procedure enables the practice to manage any complaint with our patients in a way and timeframe that suits them.
