Important UPDATES

Patients will be contacted when it is their time to receive the COVID vaccine.  Patients will receive either a phone call, text or letter. Please wait to be contacted.  There are local clinics delivering this vaccine in Leamington Spa if you do not want to travel far away and you will be contacted in due course according to the priority lists.  Also be aware of scams and never give your financial details to anyone regarding the COVID vaccine. We also still have stocks of the flu vaccine for patients aged over 50, patients with a chronic disease or if you have a child aged 2-4 or in year 7 in school. Please contact reception to make your appointment for the flu vaccine.

WORLD CANCER DAY – THURSDAY 4TH FEBRUARY 2021 – It is important that patients act on any invitations to attend for routine screening checks. It remains our priority to ensure prevention and early diagnosis as well as offering support if you have cancer. Appointments

There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via an online consultation (eConsult).

Following the Croft and Lisle Court merger patients are able to book an appointment at any of our sites that is convenient for them, or where the most appropriate health professional is based. There may be patients who are unable to attend other sites, apart from their usual / preferred, this will be taken into account at the time of booking appointments with our patients.

Why does the receptionist need to ask what’s wrong with me?

Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and it has been agreed they should ask patients ‘why the need to be seen’.

We have trained our reception staff to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive the most appropriate medical care from the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time.
